Which insurances are recommended for house construction + recommendation

No, not completed and not regretted. I am sufficiently knowledgeable in legal matters to hire a lawyer myself if I think it is worthwhile. The initial consultation for €226.10 is cheaper than insurance. Despite very likely overestimating myself, everything went well :) I have never needed a lawyer in my life. A craftsman annoyed me particularly, and I had to remind him in writing several times (about different issues). After a deadline had passed, I immediately made an appointment for the initial consultation with a lawyer two days later, but then the craftsman still fulfilled his duty, and I was able to cancel the appointment. I would have gone through with it as well, since the craftsman did not issue the Unternehmerfacherklärung, despite legal obligation, so it was a clear-cut case.

I will participate in a "webinar" on the topic of insurance for builders on Wednesday evening (15.09.21) and will gladly share the content with you afterwards. Maybe you can make use of it. Participation is free and I would tell you more about it beforehand so that you might be able to register as well. But that would rightly be interpreted as advertising and I must not make any mistakes here anymore, otherwise I will be banned despite the moderator's enormous patience with me. By the way, I think that is good and in all of our interest, otherwise there would probably be constant advertising for something in this forum and the helpful posts would get lost in the flood of advertisements. So you even save time. :)

The content of the webinar about insurance is generally known and the knowledge is already fully represented here in the forum and communicated in the respective threads. Therefore, unfortunately, I cannot contribute anything new.
