Which facade color have you decided on?

White and dark gray bundle around the white windows.

Cream-colored smooth plaster with terra brown roof tiles, white windows, and black-green accents (front door, shutters in upper floor gables, and balcony railings).

Olfry 1807 Antique (brownish red) and white windows. Looks amazingly good

we too are currently facing a tough choice. Type townhouse, windows HE-door and roof in RAL7016.
Facade definitely not white, because after a few years it either turns dirty white or it is so white that it blinds you and a lot of bugs sit on it. Strong colors are also rather out of the question.

Since taste is known to be subjective, here is more my question on the topic:
Besides a color fan, have you used any other aids or samples: exhibitions, paint manufacturers, neighbors, a one square meter test coat, simulation software, etc....????

What helped us the most was walking through new housing developments, as you can see plenty of variations and get good inspiration. Above all, you often see what not to do.

We drove through residential areas with the color palette and held the palette of house colors we liked. Interestingly, our orange house now appears more yellowish, as orange houses with a very high red content were built to the left and right.
