Which building plot to choose from 2 options?

We can choose between the following building plots (see pictures). North is at the top. I only have these pictures at the moment. In my opinion, the 40 offers more possibilities.

Why do you think the 40 offers more possibilities?
To me, both basically look the same (each has two streets), except that the second street runs once in the east and once in the west?

Are there specifications regarding the location of the access road, will the traffic on all streets probably be about the same (where is the main access to the residential area? do all have to pass one of the two plots that want to go in or out)?
If there are no significant points against it, I would definitely consider taking slightly less plot area and number 43. Because the street in the west moves any residential development that could block the evening sun from the plot significantly further away.

Are only driveways - little used. Advantage of the 40: house preferably in the east - open space in the west.

I tend to prefer 43. There, the house opens to the southwest, which is ideal for most people. But above all, it depends on the surrounding noise and traffic.

It is difficult to build into the curve. And from the west comes the shadow of the neighbor's house, which will probably also build as far east as possible.

That's correct. Surely everyone will build on the east side of the construction site. On the 40, a garage in the north is quite possible.
