Where to put the children's rooms?

Our two are 2 and 5 years old. At the moment they also sleep on the 1.OG and we under the roof. In the meantime, we thought that it might be better if we go to the 1. OG in the new building and the children go under the roof. But then I wonder, will they even come down to us later and does it separate them too much upstairs?

I would be grateful if I had to go downstairs :D - regardless of whether parents or children. Always referring to heat.
