Best ask all suppliers directly about the lead time they require. Then you can apply accordingly.
Or do it right away, better too early than too late.
I would like to agree with that and add the tip to prepare and submit all forms necessary for the suppliers (in our case drinking and firefighting water, wastewater if applicable, electricity, media, and gas) already. In some cases, we only indicated an approximate month for the "execution dates." The advantage is that your construction project is already known, you know the contacts and regulations, and you receive a processing or customer number. For example, regarding the topic "wastewater," in our state of Saxony/district of Leipzig, a tightness test documented by a test report was required. If this is also mandatory in your state, you will need a sewer company for this (unless your house builder takes care of it).
You could also already apply for a house number. We did that first thing, simply because it’s fun. It doesn’t cost much either (about 25 euros here). :)
Addendum: We didn’t receive any points.
