Again, questions to the dear forum, I thank you in advance. :)
When did you receive your red or green points? Is there anything else we absolutely have to do at this point in time?
Our construction site:
-------------------
Yesterday we put up the construction sign and marked the spot with marking spray where the construction site toilet company is supposed to place the toilet. (Because of the wind direction, I sprayed myself first, but never mind, it’s my first time building, such things can happen. ;-) ) Furthermore, I put red/white barrier tape around the manhole covers (the property is developed) and cables on our property so that the gravel (money would be something else, that could be poured everywhere ;-) ) is not dumped directly onto the manhole covers. (Or do the employees know that by themselves, then I wouldn’t have to worry about such little things in the future?) Also, I have left small gifts with an apology for the inconvenience at the doors of the surrounding (5) neighbors. Unfortunately, the neighbors will be heavily disturbed and as I already wrote in another thread, I really don’t like to make an unpleasant impression as a new neighbor right away. Today I will also put a small note with contact details, etc. in every mailbox on the street. Can you think of anything else? Oh yes, I hung a yellow plastic sign with the inscription "Baustelle betreten verboten." on the red/white barrier tape.
([Baustrom, Bauwasser und Baustellen-WC sind bestellt.])
What do you think still needs to be done at this point in time? We submitted the construction start notification to the building authority last week.
