I found this overview during the search:
House construction in phases
[*]Earthworks and laying of main lines
[*]Floor slab and shell of the cellar
[*]Shell of the stories with subsequent shell acceptance
[*]Carpentry and roof structure
[*]Installations, sanitary work, windows, heating
[*]Interior plaster
[*]Screed
[*]Exterior plaster
[*]Floor coverings, final installation of electrical lines, bathrooms, heating
[*]Painting work
[*]Outdoor facilities, house cleaning
[*]Final acceptance
Would you say this roughly fits?
Screed and interior plaster can also be the other way around
Exterior plaster can be earlier / later – depending. It is independent of the interior stuff, as long as the house + windows are finished
Electrical lines should be laid before the interior plaster (you probably mean installations here)
Depending on what you do yourselves, the final acceptance will then be accordingly before this trade.
Door frames + doors were with us after screed and interior plaster and after the floor covering.
