Google "Bauzeitenplan" in the images: there you can see at other construction sites of BUs the order of trades, which you don't necessarily have to apply 1:1 to your house construction. Otherwise, it is the site manager's responsibility to determine the order (and of course, how much time the craftsmen have for your construction).

As far as I have read so far, I have to go to the bank with the planner's documents...? Then the financing will be arranged. Since we both earn quite well and generally handle our money very frugally, we are in the fortunate position to be able to manage the house construction without a mortgage from the bank.

The comparatively low costs for land and construction in comparison to other federal states, of course, work in our favor.

The price for our plot of land is about 30 euros per sqm. For plots from the city, about 20 to 25 euros would have been due.

I found this overview during the search:

House construction in phases

[*]Earthworks and laying of basic lines
[*]Base slab and shell of the basement
[*]Shell of the floors with subsequent shell acceptance
    [*]Carpentry work and roof framework
    [*]Installations, sanitary work, windows, heating
    [*]Interior plaster
    [*]Screed
    [*]Exterior plaster
[*]Floor coverings, final installation of electrical wiring, bathrooms, heating
    [*]Painting work
    [*]Exterior landscaping, house cleaning
    [*]Final acceptance

Would you say this roughly fits?

Sorry, I don't quite understand that now...

If you have enough savings to pay for the house and don’t need a loan, what do you want with the bank then?

In that case, you should rather clarify the payment terms with the general contractor / main contractor or the individual craftsmen – they often want a financing confirmation from the bank.

Screed and interior plaster can also be the other way around
Exterior plaster can be earlier / later – depending. It is independent of the interior stuff, as long as the house + windows are finished
Electrical lines should be laid before the interior plaster (you probably mean installations here)
Depending on what you do yourselves, the final acceptance will then be accordingly before this trade.
Door frames + doors were with us after screed and interior plaster and after the floor covering.

That referred here to the general process of building a house... in our case that does not apply, as we don't need a loan.
