Side effect: the light cones that the spots cast there look like a painting. We didn’t have that on the plate at all before (unfortunately I don’t have a photo of it right now, but the three spots cast cones that flow into each other, looks great).

The man is sitting in front of the technology cabinet, I don’t look over there - but a frosted glass film will still be applied to the lower part of the pane.

Those are lamps - the sky on top, the rings below, shining upwards and downwards. Mito by Occhio We saw them and had to have them - and they are really great!

You can control them directly on the lamp: top and bottom separately, both dimmable and the light color (warm to cold) is also controllable.

The sky (i.e. the white circles on the ceiling) do not shine, the technology is installed underneath. They also come flexible, so you can vary the height, but we don't have that, as it is set once above the island and stays that way. That was also the right decision, we wouldn't change the height anymore. Above a dining table I would probably take the flex.
