When buying a used house: Everything with us! Beforehand, we talked ourselves down through all the internet research (despite the expert opinion) and always considered all risk factors in the worst possible way. Simply painted everything black, since it was a life decision. After the purchase, we are happy that as a consequence of the research and the conducted preliminary investigations, despite fears, we drew the right conclusions and bought the property in a very good location in Berlin.

So, controlled residential ventilation is definitely planned.

the staircase. the carpenter only showed us a 30cm piece of wood and an A6 printout of a "3d animation" "but the cartridge was just empty"... since he was terribly annoyed about something else at the time, we told him to just do it.

it was then all finished and packed in foam and cardboard, and only after moving in, when unpacking the staircase, did we see that it really is beautiful. the nicest and most complete in the entire new development area, since, for example, the visible side concrete of the floor slab above is also generously clad with beech.

Clearly the controlled residential ventilation. Especially in the bedrooms, it is a dream to always have fresh air.
