The problem is that the companies are all fully booked with work. The main contractor should have clearly warned when submitting the building application, Mr. so-and-so, this does not work as an access to the garage. But when I put myself in their shoes, ...well, you finish Xy, send it off, next please. And unfortunately, despite everything, you won’t get around taking care of your construction. The craftsmen just build recklessly without paying attention, etc.

They are all busy at the moment. My general planner has also advertised several architect positions online. Already at the time of submitting the building application, he did not include a description of the plantings on the property, although this was required by the building regulations of the building authority. Allegedly, a second architect also reviewed the building application and also overlooked this requirement. Therefore, the building application was initially rejected, and a new application had to be submitted, which resulted in higher fees. Before submitting the building application, I was informed that there were problems with the stairs to the house entrance. I was definitely not informed that besides lowering the building structure, there was an alternative solution without lowering it.

Planting? What's that to the office! They are supposed to check whether distances and floors are correct, the neighbor isn't annoyed, and the stuff doesn't collapse. And not take care of the lady's garden. Where have we ended up! I don't have to get plants approved. Whether parsley, potatoes or coconut palm, they don't care. Good that.

It usually concerns trees and shrubs required in the development plan, not your potatoes or your hemp

????
Where have we ended up that the garden belongs to the woman???

Seriously: Planting is worth at least _one_ paragraph in almost every development plan ;)
