Well... if you say so. I’m not very familiar with this place. The local development plan only mentions hedges that need to be cut if they face the street and the requirement to plant a tree on every property, which should rather be read as a polite request from the city council. No one had to submit a planting plan, not even the neighbors.

Yps, as a man you’re better off working in the garden only under instruction. Since I once mistook a decorative thistle for a weed and killed it with Vorox, I stick to that.
