What may ceiling spots (in new construction by general contractor) cost?

65 €, you can already tell there is no "normal" price. It depends on the area and the execution.

What exactly do you imagine under ceiling spots? Which boxes will your general contractor install in the ceiling?

Just the fact that you would have to pay 800 euros for such ancillary rooms like pantry and even 260 euros in the cheapest case mentioned here would make me reconsider my lighting planning.

With those amounts, you can also work with lighting designers, and in the end, it might still be cheaper. But then you possibly get much nicer light sources.

Well, maybe I'm different on that.

There will be no hesitation. Concrete boxes will be installed, still at the factory, and that's it.

My question was whether one concrete box is ordered or if the desired lights have also been compared with the size of the box. When I read the number of spots here, I also recommend a lighting planner. An experienced lighting planner can often estimate a good layout very accurately from experience, and if that no longer works, lighting planning is usually done with Dialux. Above all, a lighting planner will not only work with spots but will also suggest a variety of other lighting options, which might be a better solution in some cases. Just spots would not be my choice, as there are more interesting solutions.

130 euros per spot outlet without light. I also tried to plan a few spots. Probably too many. Anyone want to take a look or make me a suggestion? I want spots in the corridors, kitchen, and bathrooms on the upper floor. I don't want to overdo it.

Yes - from the aspect of "lighting comfort"

If you consider light purely functionally and do not plan additional accent light sources, you are doing everything just as right as someone who wants to sit eight people in the living room and buys a beer bench set.
If you take accent and feel-good lighting into account - then why do you need so many spots?
If you use recessed ceiling lights that can also do accent lighting, you will never manage with €200 per light.

Walk through buildings and houses, also hotels, and pay attention to the lighting and what feels good. Then think again. If you stick to the many spots, that is probably your taste. If not, you have counteracted the destruction of living value in your own house.
