I see it this way. The condominium was sold, the new owner terminates the tenant due to personal use. That is always a risk, and the tenant association can really throw a wrench in the works. Well, it works, the tenant moves out, but leaves a kitchen there, ok, I agree to dispose of it because the tenant association spared me that.
