What is the depreciation value of an 11-year-old built-in kitchen?

Hi everyone!

My mom moved into a freshly renovated little house 11 years ago.
She had to take over the 3-month-old kitchen (3973€ NP) for 3200€.
Now she has been given notice due to personal use...
For how much can she still sell the kitchen and does the previous owner have to take it at all?

My mom does not want to keep the kitchen under any circumstances! (It was all pretty junk, I think Spanish manufacturer)

You can't force anyone to buy something. If the new resident doesn't want it, then he doesn't want it. And after 10+ years, the value is practically zero anyway.

Sounds to me like she should be glad if she doesn't have to take them with her. Selling them seems out of the question based on the description. Maybe give them away to a student or something for dismantling and pickup?
