I think that the main contractor charges fairly, meaning the actual costs.

The window has a width of about 75 cm, the height is not yet known. However, it should not be floor-to-ceiling.

Interestingly, the salesperson from Helma told me the opposite: "Windows are cheaper or at least price-neutral, and all houses with a lot of glass are a sign that the builder wants to save money." However, it must be said that at Helma - regardless of the building structure and complexity - the m² price always remains the same. That seemed a bit strange to me; at least that is what their sales program shows. I am still waiting for a concrete offer.

More expensive is what is sold at a higher price. Whoever offers windows at the same price as masonry initially reduces their margin on the construction site. There can be good reasons for this.
