Short and to the point: What is a residential floor?

We are building turnkey and have commissioned all basement rooms (with the exception of the [Technikraum]) to be finished. According to the contract, all windows in residential floors are to have roller shutters. For me, the basement rooms count as well - what do you think?

No, there is no second escape route. But there isn’t one for the 1st floor either, is there?

On the 1st floor, there will definitely be windows, right? What kind of windows are going into your basement? In case of doubt, can one escape to the outside through them?

Of course there are windows on the 1st floor – and in the basement too. If you climb up the light well, you are free.
