you are probably still missing the incidental purchase costs for your property (notary, land register, etc.).

The iPAD you receive includes the installation instructions (according to the provider’s homepage). From this, I conclude that you have to install the items listed under expansion package 1 and 2 yourself. Can you do that? I wouldn’t trust myself to do it, or rather, I wouldn’t want to deal with the delay. In my opinion, it will also be difficult to find craftsmen who will install the delivered material according to the specifications in the iPAD instructions... In any case, your budget will become tight.

Moreover, the earthworks are not included. The costs for that can only be estimated after a soil survey.

The most important thing for you: Familiarize yourself with the subject and don't confuse: advertising vs reality. What is on a homepage and what ends up in your concrete offer can be worlds apart. Only the individual offer made for you is decisive.

;) We're not talking about a piece of clothing here. With a house, I would deal with it more thoroughly. Don't end up miscalculating and getting a dump. :D

as mentioned above, I would recommend that you find out exactly what is included and what is not. Only what you have in writing counts!

The construction service description can also be checked by experts. What is especially important there is what is not included.

With the property, I find the price for BW unrealistically low. What does a square meter of building land cost with you or at the construction site?
