If it had become more concrete, we would have gone there more often - but the high-voltage overhead line through the garden was then the KO criterion :(

Ha, something like that exists in a friend's garden - but you only notice the buzzing at night, when you're lying there and there's no ICE rushing past behind the garden. :-D

If you look at the house and the property, you might think so. After all, the unobstructed view of an abandoned factory makes up for the rest.

So, the neighbor can have whatever he wants - next to the overhead line, now (after weeks!) the realtor came up with the idea that a pile foundation is required and no basement is possible - thanks, the dreaded P-word :(

Well, it was also confirmed again that a duplex is possible - too bad, it would have been interesting to see how they would have argued that against the clear development plan, which only allows single-family houses...

Sometimes I just feel like I’m being made a fool of, no matter by whom - 'just' putting ~350k on the table and getting a finished house (without problems!) would be a nice pipe dream!
