Oh, I had forgotten to mention that the broker would take over our loan. He would just make the house more expensive, and so in the end we would have fewer installments to pay, but it would take a bit longer. If you know what I mean.
But something else:
The broker would do it so that he commissions the developer and we would then buy the house from him. But I think he would be more expensive than if we did everything ourselves. So no broker between us and the developer, or am I wrong??? But he would handle everything, would arrange everything with the bank, etc. So we would do the deal with him. He would build the house and we would buy it. Of course, everything would be agreed with us, we can have the house built the way we want. But isn't it cheaper if we have no broker between us and the developer?? He told us that we wouldn't pay any brokerage commission. But the broker doesn't work for free, does he?!?! What do you think?????
