Oh, I had forgotten to mention that the broker would take over our loan. He would just make the house more expensive, and so in the end we would have fewer installments to pay, but it would take a bit longer. If you know what I mean.

But something else:
The broker would do it so that he commissions the developer and we would then buy the house from him. But I think he would be more expensive than if we did everything ourselves. So no broker between us and the developer, or am I wrong??? But he would handle everything, would arrange everything with the bank, etc. So we would do the deal with him. He would build the house and we would buy it. Of course, everything would be agreed with us, we can have the house built the way we want. But isn't it cheaper if we have no broker between us and the developer?? He told us that we wouldn't pay any brokerage commission. But the broker doesn't work for free, does he?!?! What do you think?????

Best regards and thanks for the replies!!

That is a strange thing, what kind of agent is that? I would be very cautious, that doesn’t sound very trustworthy.

Hi,

someone probably wants to earn double and triple and you have to pay much more than with a normal financing. I wouldn’t get involved in that, it doesn’t sound like a solid thing to me.

I thought the same, but since I’m not very knowledgeable about these things, that’s why I’m asking you!!!! I’m kind of scared that someone might try to deceive us!! I talked to another buyer who had him build a single-family house and said it was a good thing, but who knows if he really knows what he’s doing... I think I’ll talk to our house bank!! THANK YOU!!!

Hello again!!

I had a long conversation with the real estate agent today and finally understood what he actually does!!!:confused::rolleyes: He is then the SITE MANAGER in our case!!!!! He would plan the plot of land we choose and we would then buy the complete package! What do you think about that???
Best regards!
