is now difficult to assess, but 2000 €/sqm for a house without a basement and 35 k€ for a garage seems very high to me. Or are they pretty luxury versions? The 40 k€ ancillary construction costs probably come from [Epis Liste], I suppose. It's always a question of what you include in that; in the end, it might only be 20 k€, especially if you build without a basement. But having some buffer is never wrong.
15 k€ will not be enough for the exterior facilities if you are already going the luxury route with the house and garage.
And regarding Che.guevara's comment: I wouldn't put it quite that harshly; in principle, the goal of a marriage is to stay together. At least for us. ;-) You should of course always consider arrangements, especially if the equity is very unevenly distributed. There are always unfair partners, on both sides.
We currently have a Hollywood-worthy divorce battle in the neighborhood, where "she" unfortunately fully fits the stereotype of Che.guevara and now wants to have "him" out of the house, cooooincidentally just after he finished the house and garden himself after three years of insane personal effort and actually had the audacity to demand a bit more free time and leisure for himself.. It’s really something, if it only involved the two of them, one could just set up a deck chair with popcorn in front of the house, better than any Dallas episode! Unfortunately, children are also involved who must now suffer greatly.
Note: Yes, there are men who are real idiots, but women are sometimes just as bad.
Best regards,
Andreas
