By interior finishing I generally only mean the things that can be done yourself with some manual skills. Not the work that must be approved by professionals anyway.
For example, I also have the screed done. If you have ever dealt with screed yourself, you know how long something like that can take.

Since we will have underfloor heating throughout the entire house, the amount of screed will be somewhat reduced. The buffer of €5000 was planned for these works. I will receive exact prices next week. Then I can say more whether this buffer will be sufficient.

Laying the water and gas connection from the street into the house costs about €1500 at the city. That’s what I was told, I can’t say much more about it now.

I also recently inquired here on the forum about prices for the construction of a turnkey single-family house. I was given much higher figures. Yours are so low, it's almost unbelievable. But I only got my information from conversations with representatives who work for prefab house companies. I already had a strange feeling about that and couldn't quite believe it. In any case, it's interesting to hear a completely different perspective.

If one were to have the approximately same house built in solid construction, one would easily be 100,000€ over, if that is even enough.

In the meantime, we have decided to move away from Allkauf House and have actually ended up back with the solid house. There is hardly any difference in price. I have to take back my own statement from a few months ago. (Allkaufkosten mal ganz genau untereinander schreiben und nachhaken) In addition, the craftsmen can be chosen themselves, trades that can be done by oneself will be done in-house. Things that should be done by professionals will then be done by professionals. The first groundbreaking is planned for mid-June.
