What costs arise when building a small room?

hello you knowledgeable ones,

i have a few questions and hope you can help me.

so:
i want to build myself a small room with the dimensions: 6x6 m. and 3.50 high. the whole thing should get a wooden roof and be built up with u tong bricks. one entrance door, one window and two large windows (basically balcony doors) i do not have to worry about insulation, as it is located in a southern region. can someone tell me what costs approximately will come my way? thank you very much, if more details are needed please ask, as i have no idea what else i could specify.

I assume that the given dimensions are probably exterior dimensions. It is certainly supposed to be an extension.
By insulation you probably mean thermal insulation.
But please, why can an "insulation" be omitted here and what exactly does "southern region" mean?

Since construction costs also vary regionally, this can only be a very rough estimate:
For the extension of the room you planned, you would have to expect construction costs of about €35,000 to €40,000 in the local area (Osnabrück). This would make the additional room ready for occupancy, including the connection/breakthrough to the existing residential building.
In addition, fees and charges for the architect, structural engineer, surveyor or cadastral office, and building authority will apply.
You will certainly get a more accurate cost estimate from a local architect or civil engineer.
