Yes, that's true - we will decide this by the middle of next week. Here are some pictures. We like this kind of concrete/cotto look where the tile is somewhat lively and has a play of colors. Our current favorite would be the light gray tile, where you can see a pattern of the kitchen front in shell white....

We are thinking of the light gray ones in the lower left because we believe that gray fits the front better than beige.... Would you find gray or beige more suitable? We want it to be rather bright in the room. Although we like the medium gray tones, we fear that it might then appear too dark. We are aware that this is a lot of fuss about a floor. Of course, we know that in half a year probably no one will even notice the floor anymore.... My favorite in terms of texture would be a polished tile in semi lappato – similar to honed stone. However, the gray is too dark and I am not sure about beige....

That would be my favorite - the first one I posted that looks light on the outside and dark inside in gray polished/semilappato

I would take these - the others are personally too sensitive to dirt for me… besides, there is a nice contrast to the kitchen.

Gray has the advantage that it matches with almost everything. Personally, I find it too dull. I find the earthy warm tones more homely. But ultimately, I can only recommend taking what your gut tells you - less your head.
