Why retrofit when you have a well...? I don't understand the connection - with a well, I can distribute 20 taps in the garden/house, with the outdoor water tap in the house's water infrastructure, I am quite rigidly fixed, plus there remains the danger of dead-end lines if not used for a long time.
If I understood the plumbing guy correctly, this is no longer done today. The outdoor taps are laid in a ring with other consumers. I was wondering why there are always 2 lines going there.
BTW: I would have liked to have a well too, but unfortunately only shallow water is to be expected here. Maybe we'll get an underground tank.
I have now received an offer bypassing the developer, through the responsible plumbing company. They can install an outdoor water tap directly at the supply shaft (running along the gable wall). They want 250€ gross for it!
