Seems to be working now. Here are a few more pictures:

Thank you for the pictures

I am really curious why the house has to be built using maximum lightweight construction? That really interests me...

That looks rather very academic.... Student project?

If you are looking for lightweight construction, take a look at the Japanese house styles. They only have rice paper sliding walls inside... and on the outside, as far as I know, a timber frame construction.

The reason lies in the erection and in a later relocation. Let me put it this way: You can carry a Styrofoam board up a staircase more easily than a 12m beam 20/10. In addition, the "house" cannot be assembled at its intended location, and for this reason has to be lifted by crane.

Good evening,

here is a comment from the German Environment Agency on the question of whether insulation materials are hazardous waste:

Umweltbundesamt (Press office): "Thermal insulation materials based on Styrofoam (expanded polystyrene, EPS insulation) contain the flame retardant hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD). Since HBCD is environmentally toxic, persistent, and highly bioaccumulative, the substance is classified under the European Chemicals Regulation (REACH) as a substance of very high concern and may only be used from 2015 onwards with a special authorization. Therefore, from 2015 at the latest, more environmentally friendly EPS insulation materials with ecologically compatible flame retardants are expected to be available on the market. Overall, the proportion of Styrofoam in the insulation market for building construction is about 35 percent. However, in external thermal insulation composite systems, EPS insulation materials have a particularly high market share of over 80 percent. Even now, it is possible to avoid the widespread use of HBCD-containing EPS insulation materials and thus significantly reduce environmental impact: The Blue Angel eco-label offers a simple way to find alternatives for insulation materials and external thermal insulation composite systems with hazardous substances and to avoid problematic waste."

Rhenish regards
