We definitely want a clinker brick or clinker brick veneer – but we tend towards a real clinker brick due to its quality.

Monolithic at 36.5 cm is already a home run according to the Energy Saving Ordinance, and a facing shell is technically nonsense. Whether porous brick or aerated concrete, I would choose brick slips here. A problem with quality is purely imaginary. Thicker panels used to show more prosperity "was the case" in the Ludwig Erhard era. If the builder makes Schupfnudeln (a type of noodle), don’t order fries instead. By the way, I trust brick slips to the screed Ahmeds with on average better results, many general contractors have their cladding done by them. And as a precaution, choose the tone of the brick slips a quarter diopter less intense. Many clinker beginners think from photos or sample areas that the tone (or its uniformity/variance) does not "pop" enough and then overdo it. The effect on the actual object is not the same as on the sample board.

From the Nordic clinker country. 17.5 Ytong or Poroton, then insulation, then clinker is correct. You could go up to a maximum of 24. More is nonsense.

50 cm wall is nothing special. 42.5 cm brick plus exterior plaster, you're also almost at 50.

I've really never seen that in SH before, 36.5 yes, but fatter? Never.
