We have been to Poing, several times already, and it has helped us a lot. By appointment, as already mentioned, it doesn't cost anything more and there are incredibly many houses there. I find it difficult to consciously enter and look at all of them. For us, there were many suggestions that were then discussed and possibly planned afterwards or we had to see if they fit the budget. Generally, the park here is relatively new. Maybe the entrance fee is actually an advantage.

So we were in Wuppertal yesterday. All in all, it was really good. However, I admit that after House Number 6 there was an overload of thoughts, ideas, and stimuli. At first, you were still looking for details... in the end, it was simply the whole thing you saw. But I think that's quite normal. In any case, we want to go again and make a list beforehand of the things we want to look at very closely. On the topic of sellers, I can only say one thing... they were there. Of course, they want to sell, but it really wasn’t wild. All in all, a successful day that we will repeat before construction begins.

Regards

Michael
