15cm below ground level is actually ideally prepared. I would make something provisional out of wood.

What is the current cost of wood? Then your own time. A 15cm curb ramp is available ready-made. Stable, etc. I wouldn’t take the risk that something suddenly breaks, sinks... and the car then rests with the undercarriage on the garage edge.
