By the way, the splash guard also gets dirty. If necessary, simply wiping it down with a dirt-absorbing paint might be enough.

Can but doesn’t have to. Not everyone has it installed by a contractor. He already has a specific company in mind.

KD wasn't with me and it was only supposed to be a hint, he had asked about it afterwards. I just mean that you can easily save around 10k with that item, which is not insignificant. But you can also leave it as a buffer as previously suggested.

And if the lower 30 cm are colored pebble dash, then it’s already "spotty" and you can’t see the dirt that much? Ok, understood. Although 30 cm probably isn’t necessarily enough in some rainfalls, right?

Regarding the media connection: by now I would rather assume 15-20 THOUSAND EUR, since the costs can partly get quite high due to the excavation work. Just as an example in Berlin: Water connection: 1395,- net plus 160 EUR per meter (25 if done by yourself) net. but only up to 15 m on private ground. Otherwise a shaft is needed. I just got an offer: just under 7000 gross only for setting the shaft, meaning the water connection up to the shaft is still to be added and we still have to excavate the trench with the lines from the shaft to the house ourselves. If you don’t trust yourself to do that, easily 3000 EUR excavation work will be added. Wastewater: 1970-3130 plus 125-340/m net depending on the initial situation and whether a subsequent connection has to be laid or if work on the sewer is already being done (new development area/building gap). Electricity was 1240 gross with outdoor pillar (self-installation into the house), a direct connection into the house without EL can also cost up to 5 THOUSAND EUR depending on the distance to the boundary. I haven’t been able to finally look at cable and telecom yet. Supposedly Telekom is always 800 EUR. But since they can deliver a maximum of 6 Mbit to me, I’ll go with cable and they just don’t get back to me. So, as I said, better to calculate with 20 THOUSAND EUR. If it ends up being less, you have more for furniture or outdoor facilities.

You can, if it gets tight you can also leave it out completely at first. Better to plan more than less.

And if that was submitted to the bank like that and approved in the loan? What does the bank say after their appraiser has determined that the terrace roof was paid for with 20 thousand but not built?
