Hello everyone,
we are planning a semi-detached house with two full floors + basement, air-water heat pump and underfloor heating, no KfW, solid construction, building site in Middle Franconia/Bavaria.
Heated are:
Basement: a hobby room approx. 38 sqm
Ground floor: guest room - living/dining/kitchen - hallway - bathroom-WC approx. 80 sqm
Upper floor: 1x child - 1x office - 1x bedroom - bathroom approx. 80 sqm
The heating engineer has planned individual room control with thermostats for the underfloor heating.
I once read that this is not so good – because of flow temperatures, etc.
However, I see some pro arguments: e.g. sleeping/children rooms we would sometimes turn off (sleeping rather cold), the basement is also not always needed.
Is it really bad? Does it make sense to group some rooms together (e.g. separately basement, upper floor and ground floor)?
Thanks for your tips!
Best regards
Nils
