Unclean electrical installation in the new building

Hello everyone,
Our electrical installation is now nearly complete and the plaster should be applied. However, I find the work extremely sloppy.
Just the wiring to the [Raffstores and Rollläden], I have found in 4 different versions in the house and some walls have more cables than space to eventually hang a picture.
The cables are also routed over the floor. What do you think? Is this standard or does it look very shoddy?

Looks a bit like harakiri already. The plasterer will thank the electrician. In the end, you won’t see anything later; but this does not speak for high-quality work. With something like this, I would be skeptical about things you don’t notice or what happened behind the curtain.

This is not compliant either, there are measurements you should adhere to when laying it down, otherwise you might accidentally drill into the cable later....

What does your electrician do for a living? :D

Seriously though, this doesn’t look professional. There are actually standards that specify how cables should be laid out. They are pulled as if the person was drunk, in winding lines and so on. With us, the apprentice pulled the cables and it looked much better and more thought out than this. And we had some mistakes installed, which we only noticed later (stove connections mislabeled and such pranks). We had to have someone come back to test it again, even though our company is a German master business. As already said; I would be directly worried about what else they might have botched.

Basically, the installation is completely fine. The fact that some cable ducts are a bit crooked should not be a serious defect. I would document it now to avoid drilling into a cable later. Yes, the laying of the cables should be vertical and horizontal. However, I am skeptical that the flush-mounted boxes are set too deep. Assuming 10 - 20 mm of plaster, you still need spacer rings for the switches and sockets. That could have been avoided. Apart from that, today the junction boxes are foam-filled. Using plaster for installation is old school, but of course, it can be done that way. There are plasterers who don’t want the flush-mounted boxes to protrude, but I find it more practical. And the cables on the floor disappear anyway in the screed. No problem and completely normal.

Thank you for the comments and assessment. I will now go over the construction site again with the site manager and discuss the installation. Then we will create a list and individual points will be reworked.
