Haha, that was good No, unfortunately not, that is ONLY the heating including connection. Nothing else. Underfloor heating + sanitary are extra on top.

hard to compare - but 23 k€ is rather expensive, isn't it? As mentioned, we have an "offer" of 8 k€ for the drilling + xy k€ for the heating (whereas the ground-source heat pump is not "that" expensive - we were told that we can expect around 8-10 k€). Whereas the drilling really depends on the conditions.

We paid 17,000 euros for the Vaillant geotherm VWL, the surface collectors, and all the work (earthworks, laying, connecting) (for a single-family house 160 sqm, heavy soil).

Drilling often ends up more expensive than quoted, test drillings, then a boulder where it doesn’t go through and the depth is sufficient, and more drilling is necessary (at least that was the case for my neighbor).
