No tree protection ordinance in your town?

But the tree was there first. ;)
Who should now yield to whom?

Because of allergy is actually nonsense. Because pollen also flies hundreds of meters. The neighbor's tree is not the problem. The thread from HilfeHilfe with his hedge.

Is there still going to be any feedback from you regarding a complete drawing?

Linden trees are beautiful trees and important pollen suppliers for insects. We have a huge specimen about 10m away, and I love it. Nothing has ever been sticky or dirty here, and aphids only occur to a normal extent. By the way, cars always park underneath there ([öffentlicher Parkraum]), and there are also garbage bins from a multi-family house; I have never been able to see any problem there. If our property would allow it, I would plant a linden tree immediately.

Be glad for this beautiful shade provider, pollen supplier, and by the way, they have a great yellow foliage color in autumn.

In our area, one is not allowed to cut down lindens, and that is a good thing.
