Hello everyone,
slowly the construction work of my single-family house has begun and so far I am very satisfied with the progress. The only issue that still concerns me and for which I do not receive reliable / too many different statements are the costs for the sewage connection.
The initial situation is shown in the attached picture.
Is the following cost calculation correct?
a) Laying the pipes by the drainage companies up to the property - costs according to staff approx. 3,500€
b) Laying the sewage pipe from the house to the property boundary by a civil engineer - at a length of approx. 30.25m and meter costs of approx. 45€ = 1,400€
c) Creating an inspection shaft, which is mandatory per property, and creating another inspection shaft, which is mandatory due to the bend, by the civil engineer - 2x 2,500€ = 5,000€
Thus, I come to total costs of approx. 9,900€. Have I forgotten any costs? Do the values I assumed differ significantly from the experiences here in the forum?
Thank you very much in advance!
Best regards,
Martin
