I like your suggestion, I like tiles, preferably without grout lines. However, I did not quite understand your answer: So one (1) tile as large as the entire room, or how is your hint to be understood?

yes exactly.
Unfortunately, the 120x240 will not fit in terms of width, so you have to take a 160x320cm.
From my point of view, however, it strongly depends on the format of the floor in the hallway beforehand, whether it looks good with it.

The hallway is, for example, tiled with 120x240 cm.

wow....not bad....

but then the question arises for me how do you handle such a tile when laying it? I mean, a smaller format can be laid by one person... just practically speaking...

What I only noticed at second glance: Your recessed vertical wall lamps (LED?) are really great!!! I have something a bit narrower like that, but also vertically, embedded at the stairs...

You are right. You can't handle the boards alone. Especially when you do a room completely, you actually have no place to stand. But with ingenuity, everything is possible. I also have my shower floor (T-niche) made from one piece.

PS: This is not my hallway

Question for single-piece tile fans: what do you expect from making a floor covering out of a one-piece ceramic slab (where on the one hand there are also options to create joints in the same color or alternatively to produce a comparable floor on site) – so why and continuous slab?

After all, on the one hand, it is opposed by the unwieldiness and thus also the risk of damage during installation and on the other hand by the considerable additional effort during repairs ("attack" by a falling nail polish bottle, etc.). Spot repair is presumably out of the question.
