The construction company made an offer. The client signed the offer and sent it back, but then did not receive an order confirmation. And now it gets interesting. Has the construction company entered into a valid contract or not?! Furthermore, the client has to prove that the order was received. If there are any deviations like "please do this and that for the same price," the client can of course also refuse.
