Hi,

Surprisingly, in many contracts we have with our customers. I work at the large electrical general store starting with S. Our projects continue without any restrictions.

Best regards,

Andreas

Just stay calm, this is all within the currently expected range. Many things are being turned upside down right now – the craft companies I deal with are only sending teams of two to the construction sites, and as a result, everything is delayed. The planned moving date was obviously scheduled too early.
Finding a new construction company is a complete overreaction. As some have already written: remain as friendly and engaged with the matter as before. Let them explain the situation to you. Ask what possibilities exist to make up for lost time – stay solution-oriented with the partner. They also have an interest in building with you.

Again, a great example: when the water is up to your neck, the club is taken out. I already warned at the time that building a house for 500k is not feasible. Now involving the lawyer is harakiri. Always politely ask the general contractor when it will start.

The financial situation is not that bad: 4000€ income, but without additional expenses, as homeownership has only a 150€ installment. Even with the full house installment of 1,500€, one can easily get by. But first, will somehow still be in the interest-only or grace period.

In the end, no special repayments will be made in the first 2 years, and otherwise everything continues as usual.
