The perfect dinner as a design guide :)

HGTV, we don’t have. From the American side I (unfortunately) only know the Fixer Upper episodes and the House Hunter... but I also quickly binge-watched them last year.

Yes, really huge, but I find little charm. What was too much yesterday, this one had too little :) I’m looking forward to tomorrow – the terrace in the preview looked just like today’s terrace ;) If you follow the first quarter of an hour well on The Perfect Dinner, you quickly recognize what you yourself wouldn’t want or what is well done.

I always fluctuate between horror and secondhand embarrassment when watching [Das perfekte Dinner]. My parents watch it often, as does a friend who is extremely passionate about cooking, and when I visit, I can't avoid it. And in it, I find the confirmation that the best amateur cooks don't necessarily work in the most expensive kitchens.

Sinners like me, who outrageously have the stove on the island and the dish soap on the counter... ;)

An amateur cook is someone who tries to produce more than everyday cuisine at restaurant level in their own kitchen. And decorates the food. :)

Then I am not a hobby cook. I do not decorate.
