Yep. It was due to the boho style instead of bare silver :) But still strange: the same intersection of kitchen, dining, and living room with the TV on the wall. Sideboard to the left of the TV ;). From the outside, it was also similar, same architectural style.

In the area, all the houses are just the same, apparently also inside (-:

There is also really money there. And people gladly recommend their [GU] further on the golf course.

I always wonder how people pay for houses like the one from yesterday. Not wanting to belittle the professions (mechanical engineering locksmith and self-employed florist), the incomes just can't possibly work out. Plus two small children.

The house from yesterday, built in 2019 in a suburb of Ingolstadt, I would estimate at 800,000 EUR to 1 million EUR.

We're doing something wrong... :D

A locksmith does not have to earn significantly less than an engineer.
Savings book from Grandma and Grandpa included?
Personal contribution and neighborly help?
The talent of my mother’s neighbors (a lot of show for little money)
Financed to the last penny

And the conclusion from the observation that something is being done wrong is: We are not doing something wrong but rather there is still something we can learn. (Written by someone without completed recognized vocational training)
