The extension is also from ’57. That was the laundry room and the stable (which also had the toilet). My husband also noticed a few things today. We won’t go much higher with the bid and are already mentally putting a checkmark. I could well imagine that the option demolition plus new construction is interesting for outsiders because the location is really very nice. But for us absolutely unrealistic.

Today we will probably receive the final rejection that we have already been expecting. We were probably the only ones from the region who still placed a bid here. 75k above the original price will probably be the "winner".
