With the quoted legal text, you have actually already given yourself the answer clearly. So a clear no, that is not enough.

If a surveying technician who contributes here and for years gives 99.9% better answers than a layperson, then I would always think carefully about last words ;)

Thanks. But I don't find the answers from that bad at all. In any case, they fit well with the very incomplete information from the OP. So why not speculate as long as it is not clear what exactly is to be built and what the existing situation looks like? Yes, maybe. But it would be a small terrace roof if the semi-detached house is 7m wide, the roof has to have a 2m distance from the boundary, and may only extend 1.5m in front of the outer wall. 5m*1.5m=7.5m² is certainly exempt from approval. On the other hand, even this roof might no longer be considered subordinate, since its width exceeds 2/3 of the outer wall. Although that doesn't really matter because a wall (and in the case of the terrace roof, a fictitious wall is assumed) that is no longer than 5m anyway only triggers a 2m deep distance area (§5, para. 7, last sentence). Maybe we better wait until provides further details.

Hello
I have to agree with you that my information was very incomplete.
I’ll try to do better now.
The neighbor’s semi-detached house was already there. We built an extension. Our terraces are separated by a gabion fence. The fence runs along the entire property boundary. The first section is 180cm (without the concrete base) high and 260cm long.
We would like a roof that would be 6-7 meters long and 3.5 meters deep.
We are still in the planning phase.
I’ll try to attach a picture.
Best regards

Hi
I tried. It just confused me completely.
So I don’t quite understand it.
That’s why I’m looking here for tips and experiences.
Maybe someone in the forum knows more about it than I do.
I also couldn’t call the building authority because of the holidays.
My husband is more relaxed about it. He’s having a beer first☺️This kind of thing always gives me a headache.
