Do not confuse water law approval with building permit, do not confuse the costs to be applied for building permits with the correct costs.
For a building permit, we would need a water law approval. And that was the statement regarding the price from the authority.
What do you mean by "garage"?
Prefabricated garage, but not a concrete or steel garage..
The plot was probably officially sold to the OP only as a motorhome or vehicle parking space because without a development plan with the verbal assurance that a construction would be just a formal act (perhaps because the neighboring plot was already developed)
Sort of, we haven’t bought the plot yet.. You can build, but with lots of conditions...
We were too naive with the garage "back then", got "lured" by "Yes, next January it will be 20% more expensive" etc. We assumed the plot transaction would go smoothly..
