Ter Hürne hybrid flooring experiences?

I had been considering speaking out here for a while. I too can only advise against this ter Hürne floor "Design-Vinyl floor Stone Samos"! Our entire house was fitted with this floor in 2019; there were already scratches before moving in (and it was not the kitchen installer!). The product description is quite questionable (among other things "robust" and suitable for .........!). The floor is extremely scratch-sensitive! And despite felt glides, smears, abrasions, and scratches form under the chairs that cannot be removed. Even using ter Hürne care products does not improve the situation. Even the high-quality Dyson vacuum cleaner causes scratches that can no longer be removed. And it’s not the dog, it’s not the children! There is absolutely no complaints management at ter Hürne! And the baseboards have such a thin veneer that it comes off even when cleaning with conventional cleaning agents and cloths.
