No dramas, ladies:
Where an all-in-one thing like a Fritz is used, the explanations for separate components naturally have to be reconsidered accordingly.
So, with ApL and Monopol-TAE in the basement, but Fritz = router WLAN access point telephone system in the office: from the ApL to the first TAE it goes one way or another through the Telekom installer. You can quite well (and even better) plug a supplied connection cable into the TAE, because a TAE to RJ adapter won't have the Fritz-specific wiring at all. The Fritz end of this cable can go into the patch panel, from there (1:1, i.e. without intervention in the wiring) "extended" over the house wiring to the location where the Fritz is set up. It acts as a WLAN access point and you also plug the fax in there. Its LAN output is led back to the patch panel so that it distributes from the house connection room to all computers (and/or IP phones) connected to the LAN not wirelessly (and not located in the same room as the Fritz).
