Technical room boundary construction, air source heat pump suction

Maybe I did not express myself 100% clearly..

So

- this concerns the neighbor's garage wall
- in RLP a boundary construction of 12 m is allowed. However, we are getting the neighbor's signature to extend this to 15 m.
- the technical room is located within a heated envelope.
- the plan is to build using a timber frame construction with 200mm wooden beams.

how far would his terrace be from the ventilation outlet?

§8 paragraph 10 of the RLP state building code cannot be reconciled with this. But your licensed planner will surely sort that out.

I would also listen to the desired heat pump while it is running. I have not yet seen a heat pump that cannot be heard from 5 meters away. This could become a constant source of conflict with the neighbor.

Hello everyone, thanks for the good ideas and criticisms... I thought about what we could change yesterday evening (also to maintain a good neighborhood). What do you think of the idea of setting up a split unit (air heat pump). I would place the outdoor unit as sketched in the attachment in front of the garage. This way, the quiet at the back is preserved. Thanks already for the opinions … Regards
