Your tone is quite rude.
Anyone who has read the thread has certainly formed their own opinion about the quality of the "experts'" statements.

Nordanney, ich must apologize then. Upon rereading, I noticed that your statements refer to the time after the commitment, and you are of course completely right there.

I, on the other hand, based my statements on the time before the commitment, that is, in the discovery phase, the concept phase for financing, and projected your statements onto that time. I could not believe that anyone would speak of a constant when it comes to the lending value.

Once this is fixed, it is indeed a constant, at least during the construction phase as welll, which I had also confirmed. But my concern, and seemingly Robin's too, was to shape this in advance through the review of documents and cost planning so that it achieves as low a value as possible.

Unfortunately, we talked past each other, which I take responsibility for, you have - and I have acknowledged this - said everything in #6 there is to say about the one question regarding subsequent changes to the lending value, and I have correctly explained how one can influence this lending value in advance – and that was also part of the TE's question.

Sorry, it annoys me a bit not to have recognized that.

Nordanney never said that, but: ... with your post 51 you just barely managed to save it. Maybe you should get used to reading other users' posts here carefully and use a little less marketing words yourself.

Dear kbt09, he certainly does have that, but that should now be completely irrelevant since I have stated that I misread and misinterpreted a wrong reference!

No, I apologized properly and naturally because I made a mistake in the evaluation regarding the statement!

No, I will write it the way I think is right and believe that it reaches the OP and brings added value. My word on that.

And of course interpret other posts a little more precisely, both with regard to their meaning and context, but also regarding professional and truthful accuracy.
