Storage boxes for cold roofs

So I just checked our current basement again. So we would like to store the following in the cold roof:

[*]Christmas decorations and closed storage boxes
[*]Boxes
[*]Suitcases
[*]Clothing in a closed storage box
[*]Books
[*]Furniture
[*]TV stand
[*]Wrapping paper
[*]Blankets
[*]Small items

I haven't received an offer from our drywall contractor yet. I'm curious to see how much the whole thing will cost.

we will probably get a garden shed from Biohort (made of aluminum). The ceiling and floor will be insulated. The garden shed has ventilation slots at the very top. Shouldn't this then behave similarly to a cold roof regarding the temperatures?

I don't know if this was in this thread, but I think it was also mentioned that it's not really good to insulate/convert the cold roof because of air exchange / mold or something? I can't piece it together anymore but the argumentation seemed convincing to me.

Here it is important to apply the vapor barrier correctly, then it works. I have also read that here in the forum.

So far, we have kept it in a lockable box. In the future, we will store it somewhere else. But that unfortunately doesn’t answer my question whether a garden shed or insulated = cold roof is better.

If you don’t have a basement, you just have to get creative.

and have you found a suitable "Klimabox" for temperature-sensitive items? I am also still considering how to reduce temperature fluctuations for storage items in the cold roof.
