Steel staircase or wooden staircase? Pros / Cons? Feedback

Certainly a lot of personal taste. Wood doesn’t resonate like steel. We had a steel staircase in our terraced house and heard more than once from the neighbor that he can hear the staircase when the children are angry.

But wood creaks! What I find more important are the positions of your windows, there is zero system and symmetry, you should work on that again.

How about a steel stringer staircase with wooden steps
This is our current favorite, but we are not yet sure.

I would also align the two bathroom windows, the utility room window at the front at the same height as the WC window, remove the utility room window on the west side (that probably belonged to the design before the change took place?), then make the children's room windows as wide as the terrace doors. The stair window somehow doesn’t fit – maybe with 2 small ones like the WC window or a shape like a narrow terrace door?

Stairs: wood is more conservative in my opinion, steel is more modern

Make sure that the technology is installed in the top plan corner of the utility room!
