State assistance when buying a house about 30 years old?

I wanted to ask if there is any government assistance when buying a house that is about 30 years old!?

The home ownership allowance is no longer available :-(

Is there any kind of support from the government?

We are both under 30 and "still" have no children!

Only if you earn so little that I would advise against buying a house. We are also under 30. For our new build, there is a total of about 300 €uro. I wouldn't get my hopes up too much. But maybe there are also regional programs. There are also the Kfw loans - but they are not necessarily always cheaper than conventional ones.

I was at the bank last week regarding the financing of our place.
Brief info.

Unfortunately, your "old" house is no longer subsidized. It looks like there is a loan for young families (min. 1 child) in NRW that is interest-bearing at 0.5% for the first 10 years, max. 102,000 euros. (quickly have another kid^^)

Then there is the KfW bank which has been subsidizing the so-called KfW 60 since 01.04.2009 with the KfW 70 efficiency house program with 50,000 per housing unit, current interest rate 4.2% but also only for KfW 70 houses.

What you can do in this case is buy the place as is and then renovate to KfW 70, there is also a loan from the KfW bank for that which is interest-bearing at 3.8%.
