I will take some measurements tomorrow and can tell you more then. I contacted the GU on Friday and explained the problem, I'm curious to see what they will say.
He is a building consultant from the Bauherren-Schutzbund who has been doing this since 1997. I gave him all the planning documents before signing the contract and asked him to review them, so one could say he should have seen it. But I see the GU more responsible here as he signed the S...... and receives most of the money. The building consultants also protect themselves by not guaranteeing a complete content review of the documents.
18.xx rise and 26.xx tread would be sufficient for me. Would an overhang of 12cm at the stair entrance be okay from your point of view? Just like the example staircase, except that I have a wall instead of a railing and the stair opening ends flush with the wall.
